Once again the Dirt Cult rules at PCV! I already said a lot about about this last year, so won't belabor the point, but it looks like we're in for another Summer of Dirt. Oh yes, Spring is full of promise with all the beautiful flowering trees and bushes: the cherry trees, the lilac bushes, the rose bushes and the others. But I'm betting that once again we'll be seeing very little in the way of flowers come summer.
