I watched in amusement as Pinky sailed by in a swirl of furs.
Could this big bundle of fur be the same little Pinky of only a few months ago?

October
Pinky is a beautiful squirrel, but somewhat diffident. A contrast to the Pinky of September, who was a playful little squirrel, always doing somersaults and hanging from trees. Maybe I didn't sepend enough time at this end of the park, as I've been quite preoccupied with the babies by the Orange Tree, but Pinky is now reserved with me. Resolved: spend more time wooing Pinky, feeding him and calling his name. I'll call the project "Operation Pinky". |
